Wu Tao
Structural Engineer
Wu Tao has 20 years of experience in structural design and has developed more than 100 sets of precision electronic product molds.As the “architect” of the product, the structural engineer translates the industrial designer’s aesthetic plan into a manufacturable and durable physical product. He is responsible for internal stacking, part design, mold design, tolerance analysis, and reliability testing (such as drop and fatigue testing) to ensure the product’s structure is robust and stable.
Industry experience
He is proficient in the properties and processing techniques of metal, plastic, and silicone materials. He has solved multiple well-known complex structural problems in the industry, such as ultra-narrow bezel design and triple-proof (waterproof, dustproof, and drop-proof) structural design.
Teamwork
In the full-service project, Wu Tao will collaborate with industrial designers to achieve a balance between product functionality and design aesthetics, ensuring the rationality of product structure and the feasibility of mass production.
