With years of deep experience in the smart technology industry, she is proficient in user experience research methodologies and possesses a profound understanding of the smart health field.
Industry experience
Zoe possesses continuous tracking and practical experience in industry technology evolution (such as IoT, smart hardware, and user data-driven products), and understands the complete cycle from proof-of-concept to large-scale deployment.
In user research, she is proficient in qualitative and quantitative methods (such as user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis), and can extract the essence of needs from user behavior.
In product strategy, she can translate user needs into actionable product paths, including feature planning, version iteration, and long-term roadmap design.
