Titanium teapot
Client country: China
Services: industrial design
Project Background
Health consumption is on the rise, and consumers have higher requirements for the material safety and functionality of tea sets. Traditional tea sets have limitations such as being fragile and prone to heavy metal precipitation. Titanium is safe, lightweight and has good texture, suitable for diverse scenarios. Developing titanium teapots has both cultural and market value.
Solution
Solution: Innovative Design of Titanium Teapot
A. Safety and Durability Design
- Food-grade pure titanium inner liner (complies with GB 4806.12-2022 standard, no heavy metal precipitation)
- Integrated stamping forming process (no welding seams, leak-proof and easy to clean)
- Corrosion-resistant to long-term soaking in 100℃ boiling water, service life 3 times longer than traditional tea sets
B. Scene adaptation optimization
- Lightweight design (single kettle weight ≤350g)
- – Double-layer titanium vacuum structure (outer layer for heat protection, inner layer for heat preservation for 6 hours/cold preservation for 12 hours)
- – Micro-arc oxidation surface treatment (presents a frosted metallic texture, and can be engraved with traditional patterns such as landscapes and bamboo patterns)
