Proof of concept

We turn ideas into clear, actionable product directions.

First, we conduct user research, market analysis, and a technical feasibility review. Then, we define the product positioning, functional scope, and development roadmap. In short, this phase answers one question: is the product worth building — and how do we build it?

Engineering validation test

We transform the validated concept into a working product prototype.

Building on the POC results, our team develops the industrial design, mechanical structure, electronics, and software in parallel. Next, we produce functional prototypes to test core features, system stability, and user experience. This step also surfaces key technical risks — so we can address them early, before tooling begins.

DVT

Design validation test

We fine-tune every subsystem and confirm the product is production-ready.

At this stage, we optimize the mechanical structure, electronic hardware, and software together — not in isolation. Meanwhile, we run reliability tests and stability checks across all operating conditions. As a result, the product meets every requirement for function, performance, and manufacturability before we move forward.

PVT

Production validation test

04

We verify the full assembly line and prepare for mass production.

Now we run small-batch trial production to validate the complete assembly process — including PCB mounting, system integration, and firmware flashing. At the same time, we set up quality-control checkpoints and finalize packaging, labeling, and branding materials. In other words, everything the factory needs is locked in before volume production starts.

Mass production

We scale up production and keep optimizing based on real-world feedback.

We manage the transition from trial runs to full-scale manufacturing. Throughout this phase, we monitor quality metrics, coordinate with suppliers, and roll out software updates as needed. Moreover, we continuously incorporate market feedback — so the product keeps improving long after the first unit ships.
