During this phase—through user research, market analysis, and technical assessment—we define the product positioning, functional scope, and implementation roadmap, thereby determining the project’s technical and commercial feasibility.

Engineering Validation Test

Through Engineering Verification Testing, the design is transformed into a functional product prototype.

During this phase, based on the defined product specifications, we execute the collaborative development of the industrial design, mechanical structure, electronics, and software systems. We then utilize functional prototypes to validate the product’s core functions, system stability, and user experience performance, thereby identifying key technical risks and conducting preliminary optimizations.

Design Validation Test

Through design optimization and system validation, we ensure the product is ready for mass production.

At this stage, we conduct a comprehensive optimization of the entire system—including the collaborative fine-tuning of structural, electronic hardware, and software components—while simultaneously completing reliability testing and stability verification to ensure the product meets mass production requirements across functional, performance, and manufacturing dimensions.

PVT

Production Validation Testing

Through Engineering Verification Testing, the design is transformed into a functional product prototype.

At this stage, we validate the complete unit assembly process—including electronics assembly, system debugging, and software flashing—through small-batch trial runs. Concurrently, we establish a robust production and quality control system, while also finalizing preparations for packaging and brand implementation.

Mass Production

Achieving stable product delivery and continuous optimization through scaled production.

At this stage, we facilitate the transition to scaled production.
